Current Happenings:

• Sew Daze on March 13. Bog coat class will also be on this Saturday at Sew daze. Contact Joy Danzer.

• Guild Members:  Fons and Porter magazine subscriptions are available for $20, which includes the annual subscription, two booklets and three spools of thread.  If you'd like to purchase or renew a subscription, contact Patty McMillan. 

Retreat:  The Guild sponsors a retreat every other year.  The next will be in 2010.  Click the tab at the top of the page for additional information.

Meeting Location:  Masonic Lodge in Chehalis.  Take the Hwy 6 Exit and go East into Chehalis.  The Masonic Lodge is through three lights and is on the right.  The address is 123 Main Street.  Parking is across the street or at Cascade Mental Health.  The parking lot for Cascade Mental Health is on the right side of the street just before you get to the Masonic Lodge.

Activities 

Row Robin:  Six quilters are participating in a 5 month planned Row Robin.  The boxes are currently being passed to start the process.

Quilt Challenge:  Fabric packets are available for the 2010 Quilt Challenge.  This year the Challenge has been dedicated to the memory of two of our members who passed away; Neva Ross and Vicky Parypa.  The packets are available from Joy for $5.00.

Mystery Quilt:  Several members are participating in the current Mystery Quilt.  They are currently working on Step 6.  It's not too late to join them.  Click on the Mystery Quilt button at the top of the left hand menu for links to the steps distributed to date.

Themed Block Exchanges:  Several quilters participated in a Halloween and Autumn block exchange April - September.  Participants who make their blocks into a top and show it at the December meeting will be entered into a drawing for a prize.

Secret Stitchers:  There are 11 quilters participating in the 2009 Secret Stitchers program which runs May through December.  In 2010 the program will run from January - June and July - December.  To participate in the next group complete the Information Sheet and return to Joy no later than the December regular meeting.  [The deadline was extended because the forms weren't available at the November meeting.]

UnFinished Objects (UFOs):  This is an ongoing program to encourage completion of those projects we have in process.  Bring your UFO to a meeting, share it during Show & Tell, and complete the registration form.  When it's complete bring it back and your name is entered in a drawing for a prize.
